experience back pain at some point in our lives. Stress, muscle weakness, overuse, habitual patterns of
posture and activities of daily living all contribute to our maladies. Learn how to optimize your health by adapting tools
from the yoga tradition that support low back function. You will learn to: - use yoga postures to relieve low back pain
- use your breath to support your back's functioning
- create
healthy alignment
- build a strong foundation for your spine
- reduce stress that contributes to back pain
- maintain
bone and joint health as you age
- be more conscious in your daily activities
